Stress, overwhelm, and unhealthy habits once held me back, but I made a change
I used to be where you are. Emotional eating was a big thing for me. If I had something to celebrate, I would eat. If I was stressed, I would eat. If I was rushing around on the go, I would grab something quickly.
I was tired of dieting, researching and trying the latest thing that all my friends were
The irony is that I loved research and spent hours investigating what I should and shouldn't eat. I hated turning up to the weekly groups for that weigh in (yep you know the one I mean).
I've lost count of the number of times.
I've lost and put on the same 4 stones! I probably did 2 or 3 diets a year and I'm pretty sure my Hubby, Tony, was quaking every time I said those immortal words... "Starting a diet on Monday".
I was never truly happy with myself
My body image and my inability to be healthy and the guilt just ate me up all the time. I would binge eat when no one was looking at me, ashamed and something I did not share with anyone.
I just never knew why I constantly turned to food to satisfy myself, happy or sad
Yep eat! I was juggling my career, my family and relationships and everything was impacting the way I ate.
Everything changed for me in 2020 when I found the solution in WILDFIT®
A programme that transformed my health and finally got to the root of my reasons for eating. It changed my outlook and my relationship with food. I have not been on any ‘fad diet’ since.
